Family Days Out
The villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac on the north coast are a short distance and make a relaxing day out. The bustling town of Padstow is still a working fishing port and has many independent shops to browse and there are a good selection of cafes and excellent restaurants. The iconic Lands End peninsular is just over an hours drive and a popular destination for many of our visitors.
The cities of Plymouth (40 minutes by car) and Truro (one hour by car), and the seaside resort of Newquay (45 minutes by car) offer numerous attractions including the National Marine Aquarium and excellent shopping.

- Tintagel Castle (50 minutes by car) is the reputed birthplace of King Arthur.
