The accommodation comprises:

• Accommodation all on one level, Double bedroom
• Open plan dining area and living area with well equipped kitchen
• Seating for 3 (or 2 + a high chair) at the dining table
• The living area has a multi-fuel burner, large comfortable sofa and armchair
• The original bathroom has been completely replaced and now incorporates a large walk in shower
• Off road parking

• Electricity and oil fired central heating at no extra charge
• Free WiFi
• 4-hob cooker
• Microwave oven
• Fridge
• Iron and ironing board
• Hairdryer
• TV, DVD, radio / CD player in living area
• Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels
• Travel cot (without bedding) and highchair available on request
• Shared utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, space to hang wet coats, additional freezer space
• Spring water is extracted on site from a depth of 45 metres and is tested regularly for purity.

• 1.5 acre south facing garden with lawns for children to play, flower borders, seating and wooded areas for shared use of guests.
